Afrobeat taking over from pop music, to rule over the music industry, as the most listed genre

Afrobeat is the new genre of music that will soon take over the pop culture by storm. Pop music has been there since 50s while the new Afro beat that is about taking over from the pop culture, is barely 25 years old. Popular music, widely known as pop music, is over seventy years old, while the new afro beat now is getting to its twenty five years. Yet moving with the speed of light. Afro beat is the brand of music from the western part of Africa precisely Nigeria, southern part of the country.
