This is one of the best practices for fighting phone addiction. The first thing you do unconsciously, in the morning, when you wake up, has a big influence over you and that’s how human brain works. And to achieve this do not charge your phone at night in the room where you sleep. Try to keep it far away from your bedroom. By doing this the urge 0f waking up and carrying your phone immediately, would be subsidized by the time you remembered that you have to go the sitting room to pick up your phone, during this processing your conscious mind would have taken control of the involuntarily, unconscious action of waking up and picking up your phone, immediately. *Schedule When And The Time You Will Spend On The Social Media. Turning on your notification button could be a big distractions, see your cellphone as the device you can access when you want to. Be in control of when and the time you want to access your cellphone. Don’t give it the power to compel you to access it. It even applies to answering calls on your phones, you can decide to ignore an incoming calls, and call back at the time suitable for you. *Be careful of the Content you read on your phone. You must not read every content you see on your phone, be mindful of what you read. Our cellphones, is rubbing us of the precious moments we should be spending with our family members.
